This was a grand slam of a contracted project for ESI! The scope of work included cutting and repointing of deteriorated mortar joints, new brick and block installation, brick replacement which included brick pinning, stabilization, and cleaning of all masonry surfaces. Restored all masonry elements as per historical guidelines to its original state.
ESI also had the pleasure of preparing the underside of the second-floor concrete slab within the Fenway Park and installing 920 linear feet of 4-inch-wide carbon fiber strips to reinforce the integrity of the concrete deck.
