Project Information

ESI was contracted to work on a commercial building located at 144 Beacon St. The standing seams between the copper panels had failed, allowing water to penetrate behind the copper cladding and into the living space. ESI applied a waterproof silicone membrane over the joints to provide an economical, innocuous, watertight seal. The methods and materials required Back Bay Architectural Commission review, approval, and appropriate permits.
